Search for birthday party venues in your area and browse through all the available packages. You can refine your search based on your dates, budget, party size, or a specific theme you’re looking for. From dinosaurs to unicorns, we have you covered.
When you have found your perfect venue and party package, book your preferred date. and finalise the payment securely on our site. That’s right, no emails or phone calls necessary. However, should you wish to contact the venue, you can message them via the miniDO platform.
Now that the hard part is done, you can focus on having a good time. Just turn up on the day and let your party planner handle the rest!
If you wish to contact a venue regarding your specific booking, you may do so via My Account > Bookings > Booking ID > Send a message to the venue.
If you wish to contact a venue before you have made a booking, you can locate their contact details via their Venue page.
When you complete the booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with all of the details. You can also find all bookings made under My Account > Bookings.
You will be paying for your event in full, including any extra items you have selected, at the time of booking.
If you wish to add additional items or guests to your booking, after you have finalised the booking, you can do so by contacting the venue via My Account > Bookings > Booking ID > Send a message to the venue.
You are able to cancel your booking via miniDO, up to 7 days before the event. You will receive a refund minus the card transaction fees. If you wish to cancel your booking less than 7 days before the event, please note there is no obligation for the venue to refund the monies paid per our Terms & Conditions. However you may contact the venue directly via My Account > Bookings > Booking ID > Send a message to the venue.
miniDO accepts all major credit cards.
If you have cancelled your booking via miniDO and it is more than 7 days from event date, we will process your refund within 48hrs and the funds should be in your account within 3-5 business days thereafter.
